Application domain
The SCR-1 systems have been developed for
coiled-tubing installations employed in rehabilitation and
maintenance works on oil and gas wells by using long-length
coupling-less tubing. The systems perform the following functions:
-registration of tubing weight, hold-down pressure, chain tension
force, wellhead pressure, and washover pressure;
-calculation of depth parameters and tube motion speed. |

Application domain
The SCR-2 is a distributed network system designed for control of
welding process in real time with the purpose of optimization of
submerged arc welding parameters. The system performs registration,
transmission and computer processing of data coming from sensors
installed on welding sets. Control of welding process quality is
based on analysis of the following parameters:
-arc welding voltage;
-arc welding current;
-welding head speed;
-welding wire feed speed;
-weld joint temperature. |
