Upgrading of  two-coordinate measuring machines, DIP1..3-type

-PC - machine interfacing;
-installation of in-house program for coordinate calculations.
PC-controlled machine makes it possible to interactively perform measurement of  parts of intricate shapes, calculation of parameters of geometrical primitives formed by combinations of points, straight lines and circles (arc, distance, angle, diversion, etc.), recording of measurement results, storage of part inspection programs of up to 999 steps long, and group calculations over 199 points in a group.

Work station for verification of detecting heads of MIG-1,2-type of  0 and 1 class; IGP-1,2,5,10; IG-1, IG-2; IGPM-1,2.
The station comprises a PPG-3 device, a digital gauging system (Series 200 sensor and uci RF300 ), PC, software package for formation of verification tables,  analysis, recording and storage of measurement results.
